RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Rebque Your satisfaction is our foremost goal. Our efforts are aimed at making your shopping experience delightful and the return process easy.


Return / Replacement / Refund Policy:

Every product which is sold on Rebque is brand new and 100% genuine. Rebque Return Policy covers the Buyer against ‘damaged’, ‘defective’ and ‘not as described’ products.

In case of normal return i.e. the product is neither defective or damaged, the buyer can return the product where the cost of both side shipping to be charged on him/her. This is done to safeguard the interest of the sellers.
Rebque offers a simple and easy 7-day return policy to its customers. 


All items to be exchanged or returned must meet the following conditions:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@rebque.com. Please note that once your return is approved, we will initiate a pickup request on the order delivery address.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

  • Items that are returned not in their original packaging, freebies or accessories.
  • Products damaged because of use.
  • Product received is not in the same condition as seller shipped to the buyer.
  • If Return request for the item is made outside the specified time frame; which is after 7-Days of delivery.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it 

How do I initiate the return process?

The procedure for returning the product is the buyer must click an image as well as make a small video and attach both in the Return Section of the product or you can email us within 1 day of receiving the product. Exceptional cases to be approved on case to case basis.

To process a return or exchange successfully, please re-pack the items to be returned with all the original packaging & tags that the product was shipped with.


European Union 14 day cooling off period:

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I receive the refund amount in case of a successful return?


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
